What is your return policy?
We will credit all eligible returns provided you return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original packaging. You will have the option of receiving either a refund to your credit card or a credit to your 150style.com account. Please note any refunds or credits will be processed once we receive the item back and confirm that it is in saleable condition. All refunds and credits will be processed LESS any return shipping charges we incur unless you ship it back to us at your own expense.
Any returns received after the 14-day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
Returns on eligible items will only be accepted with a Return Goods Authorization Number. In order to receive an RGA number please contact one of our Style Ambassadors at ambassador@150style.com or toll free at (877) 273-2412.
How can I return an item?

These items will be marked as “non-returnable” on the item page or during the ordering process. Furthermore, we have limited quantities of most items so replacements cannot always be accommodated. In those situations, purchasers can choose to either have a credit posted to their account or request a refund of the purchase price LESS any return shipping charges.
What if a non-returnable item is received damaged?

How will I know when you received my returned item?
After we receive your item and confirm that it is in saleable condition, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed as well as the amount refunded to your original form of payment or credited to your account. Please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit.
How can I cancel my order?
An order may be canceled as long as the request is made within one hour of the purchase or until the order has been processed on our end should the purchase be made after standard business hours which are 9:00am – 5:00pm CST.
